Providing Material Testing, Custom Mix Designs, Product Development, Education and Training for the Asphalt Industry

Asphalt Testing Solutions & Engineering offers a comprehensive range of asphalt materials testing. In addition to managing Quality Control (QC) labs for asphalt producers, we operate a mix design lab, as well as performance testing and asphalt binder & emulsion testing labs that are AASHTO accredited and Army Corp validated.

Quality Control

We conduct meticulous testing at the asphalt plant and roadway to ensure your asphalt meets all required standards and specifications.

Binder Testing

The ATS Binder Lab is AASHTO accredited and Army Corp validated and provides an array of asphalt binder testing services for quality control of materials as well as for research and development projects.

Emulsion Testing

The ATS Binder Lab is AASHTO accredited and Army Corp validated and provides an array of emulsion testing services for quality control of materials as well as for research and development projects.

Performance Testing

Performance testing services are a crucial part of the asphalt QC/QA process, ensuring the produced mix and finished pavement meets the standards for durability and performance. The ATS Performance Testing lab is AASHTO accredited and Army Corp validated.

The certified Mix Designers at ATS optimize the mix components for the most cost-effective mix designs to support our customers’ needs.
